JMR Rebuilders 1979 Chevy C30 Square Body Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by JMR Rebuilders, located in Georgia, referred to in these rules as the “Sponsor.”

2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on July 17, 2026, and ends on August 16, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.

Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Employees, owners, contractors, and immediate family members of JMR Rebuilders are not eligible to enter.

The giveaway is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Enter

To enter, submit the required information through the official giveaway entry form on the JMR Rebuilders website during the giveaway period.

There is a limit of one entry per person.

No purchase or payment is required. Purchasing merchandise or spending money will not increase the odds of winning. Legitimate sweepstakes must remain free to enter, and a purchase cannot improve an entrant’s chances. (Consumer Advice)

5. Prize

One eligible entrant will receive:

One 1979 Chevrolet C30 Square Body pickup truck.

The approximate retail value of the truck is less than $1,000.

The truck is awarded in its current condition, AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, without any express or implied warranty.

The truck may not be roadworthy, registered, insured, mechanically sound, or safe to drive. The winner must pick it up in Turin, Georgia, using a suitable truck and trailer.

Photos, videos, repairs, cleaning, or improvements shown during the giveaway may not represent the exact condition of the truck when it is awarded.

No cash substitution or alternative prize will be provided.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

One potential winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address submitted with the entry.

The potential winner may be required to provide proof of identity, age, and eligibility and sign documents reasonably required to transfer the truck.

The potential winner must respond by the deadline stated in the winner notification. Failure to respond, provide the required information, or comply with these rules may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

8. Vehicle Pickup

The winner must pick up the truck in Turin, Georgia, by the deadline provided in the winner notification.

The winner must arrive with a suitable tow vehicle and trailer capable of safely transporting the truck.

The truck must not be driven away from the pickup location unless the winner has independently determined that it is legally registered, insured, roadworthy, and safe to operate.

Failure to pick up the truck by the stated deadline may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

9. Taxes and Expenses

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with accepting the prize.

The winner is also responsible for all costs involving:

• Transportation or towing

• Trailer rental or use

• Title transfer

• Registration and tag fees

• Insurance

• Repairs and maintenance

• Inspections or emissions requirements

• Any other expense associated with accepting, transporting, owning, repairing, or operating the truck

JMR Rebuilders will not require the winner to pay JMR Rebuilders a fee to receive the prize. Any government taxes, title fees, registration expenses, or transportation costs remain the winner’s responsibility. 10. Vehicle Condition and Release

The winner accepts the truck entirely at their own risk.

JMR Rebuilders makes no representation or warranty concerning the truck’s:

• Mechanical condition

• Roadworthiness

• Safety

• Mileage

• Vehicle history

• Title condition

• Structural condition

• Fitness for any particular purpose

• Ability to pass an inspection or emissions test

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the winner releases JMR Rebuilders and its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from claims arising from the acceptance, transportation, possession, repair, use, misuse, or ownership of the truck.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, the winner agrees that JMR Rebuilders may use the winner’s first name, last initial, city, state, photograph, video, voice, and likeness for giveaway announcements and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

12. Entry Information and Email Communications

By entering, entrants agree that JMR Rebuilders may use the information submitted to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, and send giveaway-related communications.

Entrants who agree to receive promotional emails may also receive marketing emails from JMR Rebuilders and may unsubscribe at any time.

13. Disqualification

JMR Rebuilders may disqualify any entrant who:

• Submits false or misleading information

• Attempts to enter more than once

• Uses automated entry methods

• Tampers with the entry process

• Violates these Official Rules

• Acts fraudulently, abusively, or disruptively

14. Cancellation or Modification

JMR Rebuilders may cancel, suspend, extend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical problems, legal requirements, events outside its reasonable control, or other circumstances affect the integrity or proper operation of the giveaway.

Any material change will be posted on the official giveaway page.

15. Platform Disclaimer

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Shopify, YouTube, Google, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social-media platform.

Entrants release those platforms from responsibility relating to the giveaway.

16. Governing Law

This giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

17. Winner Information

After the winner has been verified and accepted the prize, JMR Rebuilders may publish the winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state.
